Alexander Arms Beowulf Upper
By Camoman
Review Date: 04/21/2008
Rating:
I just recieved my new A/A Beowulf upper and put it on a rock river arms lower. Fantastic fit, no slop or movement of any kind!! When I opened the box of ammo my heart skipped a beat and this huge grin broke out. 334 FMJ round, now that is a bullet. I loaded 5 rounds in the mag, of which will hold 7 (that should be enough to stop any threat that I ever come accross), Mag went in smoothly with a positive click. I racked a round and trained the eotech on a 12" diameter tree stump and let one fly. WOW, is all that I can come up with! Bullet went clean thru and left much devastation. The recoil was quite managable at about a 16 gauge shotgun slug. This is now my second love, as my first love is my wife who was the one to buy the rifle (upper and the RRA predator)for me. I think I'll keep her!! And my wife too!
