I was trained on the M 14 in the Corps so this is my 1st intro to the AR 15. I'm very impressed with the quality and the accuracy of this weapon. After 1200 plus rounds no FTFs. I believe I made the right choice with this purchase. Kudos to S&W

Now retired after 22 years in the Army, I've had the privilege to have fired and handle many different makers of the AR-15/M-4 rifles. This is the one I chose to buy. This is a very good AR rifle, with top notch quality. They known how an AR is to be built. I would have given it 5 stars if it would have came with a life time warranty. Some complain that it only has a 1/9 and not the 1/7 barrel. 90% of the ammo out there is under 62 grains, so that should be no big deal. However, the barrel is chrome lined. Now do you want a rifle made by a company like Smith & Wesson or a fly by night company that throws surplus parts together then stamps there name on it?

Excellent rifle. Never any problems with FT Feed or Fire with any ammo used. Well built. Solid and accurate. Good investment. I would recommend to anyone.
